Configuration Review — Current cartridge, housing, media, micron rating, end connection, seal, flow direction and operating conditions are reviewed before production.

Material Preparation — Applicable media and components are prepared against the confirmed product configuration and order requirement.

Forming & Assembly — Pleating or depth-media forming, cage and component assembly, and end-cap processing follow the applicable production route.

Inspection & Testing — Dimensions, connections, sealing and specified performance requirements are checked according to the product and order.
